What do you wish you had more time for?

Family and Health don't count - too obvious

Everyone I know, everyone I’ve ever talked to, everyone I’ve ever read about… they all share the same lament. “I wish I had more time.” It’s when you dig a little deeper that things get murky.

More time

“More time for what?”

“To get everything done!”

“Like what?”

“Like everything I want to do!”

“Can you give me an example?”

It’s usually at this point where I’m either cursed, slapped, or punched; thus ending the line of inquiry.

What do you wish you had more time for? Seriously, I want to know. Also, because this is the internet, you can’t physically slap or punch me if I keep asking. Two rules though:

  • You can’t answer “Family”
  • You can’t answer “Exercise” or “Health”

Those are givens. Almost everyone wishes they had more time for (or, more accurately, made more time for) family and health.

Reply below in the comments section with one specific thing you wish you had more time for. I’ll go first. Once I wake up, that is. Because this morning I wished I had a little more time for sleep and that wish is about to be granted.

  1. Ok, mine is pretty obvious. I wish I had more time for writing. Truth be told, I DO have more time for writing, but sometimes I make dumb decisions. So I need to MAKE more time for writing.
