I am also reading ‘The Black Swan’ and Al Gore’s ‘Assault on Reason’ – if you haven’t checked that out you should as he talks about exactly what you’re describing here. I’ve been working in IT for 15 years and have a thought or two on what the next big mass media thing might look like and I think it will be an exciting time for all of us.
