It's people like you, and the other avid readers of the world, that give me hope that the human race isn't doomed to illiteracy. I love seeing people with a ton of books and who love to read, and it baffles me to hear statistics that claim that a large percentage of people haven't read a book in the last year, two years, five years. I can't imagine going a week without reading a book, let alone a whole year!

So from one book junkie to another, I salute you!

I'm over it. If you can't beat 'em . . .

Currently I am reading 6 books:
1. Stephen King - On Writing (kind of perpetually reading this)
2. She's come undone - Wally Lamb (read this yeasr ago when it forst came out and I wanted to re-read as I am considering writing a semi-autobiographical/semi-fiction book that is a kin).
3. Cesar Millan - Be The Pack Leader (new puppy)
4. Franny and Zoey - JD Salinger (Wes Anderson inspired me to read Salinger/Carra send me two books for Christmas)
5. Understanding Exposure - Bryan Peterson (I aspire)
6. Reflections on my Life and Writings - Paul Brunton (When Judy and Ray Hubbard found out that after we sold LSM, I was going to write, Ray sent this book over for me. It's a sporatical read).

Two of my new favorite things? Bookends & Bookmarks (made by my kids are the best).
